The Goal Robe

ericka@pinkrobots.com

Here's the story,

Last year, I told my mom I wanted a robe for my birthday. Now, a few years back, I requested a robe for my birthday as well from her. Unfortunately, she was unable to find me a plain old white robe and I ended up with this terrycloth robe which was great except for this hideous moon and stars frufy thing on the back. Jeesh! So this year I was explicit. I want a plain white robe. No fancy frills, patterns, attachments or fringe. *GRIN*

So, I got what I wanted! A great robe, plain white and a nice fabric. Unfortunately, this time my mom suffered a lapse from reality and got me a plain XL robe instead of the 3x that would have been appropriate. So I've got this gorgeous, nice robe, that is wicked small for me. Basically I have to hold a towel in front of me in order to be decent.

But, I have decided to use this undersized robe as a goal gauge. I want to fit in this robe! So 20 pounds or so, I'll take a photo of me in the robe (decent of course!) and see if we can track a difference!

Here's the first photo of the under-sized robe!

Ok, so the robe must have shrunk in the wash or something, because at this point I have lost nearly 50 pounds and it looks -smaller- than it did in July! Maybe it's just me.  Ah - and you can tell I used a better camera this time. *GRIN*
